Our Work From Home Shop goods and services are regulated under the Australian Consumer Laws acts.

Warranty Against Defects: 

Our products may also come with a manufacturers’ warranty. If a product comes with a manufacturers’ warranty, you must follow the process set out in the warranty and then complete our return of goods form. Email us at support@wfhshop.com.au for a Return of Goods Request form. 

Monitor Arms & Desks Warranties

  • LIFETIME for metal video monitor mounts; under the WFHShop brand. 

  • Five (5) years for all furniture; all electric sit-stand desk; all wood (MDF) accessories

  • For warranty claims made during the above Warranty Periods, email us at support@wfhsop.com.au and we will discuss the problem with you and once we confirm the product is under warranty, we will begin the process.

  • Products included in this warranty are intended for indoor use only and any outdoor use voids this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, friction damages, breakage of plastic and glass, spring wearing, coating defects, or the impact of using a product in an outdoor environment or in any manner that exposes the product to weather, water, snow, rain, excessive heat (exceeding operational temperatures), or any other element(s) that would harm the product during its use.

  • Warranty does not cover losses or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, modifications, repairs, accidents, force majeure, or any other act(s) that cause the product to fail.

  • Warranty is void if the user/installer has ignored safety rules or not properly followed assembly instructions.

  • Should a replacement part or product be discontinued or unavailable, The Work From Home Shop reserves the right to substitute a comparable replacement part or product for the defective part or product.

Ergonomic Chair Warranties

Our ergonomic range of chairs are certified under Furntech standards which follows the AFRDI guidelines.
